Adding a portion or two of our bone broth to your favourite smoothie is an easy way to add a little extra, gut-healing goodness to your day! Here is a simple, but oh so delicious smoothie recipe that can be enjoyed by your whole family!
3/4 C frozen berries
1/2 -1 frozen banana
1 C baby spinach
1/2 avocado
3/4 C almond milk (or coconut milk is also delicious if you prefer)
1 tsp chia seeds
1-2 Precious Belly Bone broth portions
1/4 C ice
Blend it all together until smooth and enjoy! x
