Precious Belly wants you to love our meals just as much as we love making them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us and let us know the concern so we can aim to provide a solution.
Refunds will only be given if our meals do not meet its criteria of ingredients, size and freshness as described. Our cooler bags are designed to keep your meals fresh during delivery only and all meals should be immediately stored in the freezer/fridge after delivery. Refunds will not be given if the meals were left in the cooler bag after the delivery. Any questions feel free to email us.
All orders are final and cancellations are subject to our decision. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Should a cancellation be accepted a refund or credit will be applied at our discretion.
We make every effort to ensure the pricing on our website is correct and up to date. However there may be times where the price noted on our site does not reflect the actual price. If you are unsure of a price please email us for clarification.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AU) and inclusive of GST.
We currently only deliver to a specific area in Perth, Western Australia. Please ensure you check our delivery area before placing an order. If we do not deliver to your area, send us an email and we will try to accommodate you.
We deliver every second Saturday. You can view our delivery schedule here. Any order placed before 4pm Wednesday on the delivery week will meet the Saturday deadline. Orders placed after this time will unfortunately be on our next delivery schedule.
If you require your order prior to this date, let us know and we will try accommodate you.
The delivery time will depend on how many orders we have that particular day but will be between 7am – 4pm. We will send you a text when we are approximately 1 hour away.
Please keep in mind that things can change slightly on the day & your understanding with any time changes is greatly appreciated.
Yes! Delivery is free if you have ordered over $100. Otherwise it is a flat rate of $10.
If you are a new customer, you are required to purchase a cooler bag for $8. This allows us to keep your meals and bone broth frozen during transportation. This is a once off purchase and we require you to leave the cooler bag at your front door or designated drop off area for collection when your next purchase is being delivered.
